<br />A-I Curley ~bved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of April 12, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and DeWD5. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-1 Hess VDved, Anderson Seconded, that a Co~cil work session
<br />be established for April 26, 1976, fol1~\ing the regular meet-
<br />ing for the purpose of conducting the Ci ty Manager's perfo nnance
<br />review. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Paul's Place Inn request
<br />for temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for the
<br />period 12:00 noon, April 24, through 1:00 A.N., April 25, for
<br />the Bicentennial Town Gathering at the Rosedale Shopping Center
<br />Mall as authorized in Minnesota Lffivs 1976, Chapter 116 be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-2 Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the City Attorney be
<br />instructed to prepare an ordinance prohibiting non-handicapped
<br />individuals from parking in spaces designated for and identi-
<br />fied as being reserved for handicapped citizens. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />Hess MOved, Anderson Seconded, that a building permit be issued
<br />to Mr. Curtis Cargill at 3143 Sandy Hook Drive in accordance
<br />\rl th the lakeshore zoning ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Hess }'Ioved, Anderson Seconded, that Curtis Cargill' 5 request
<br />for minor variance to side yard setback at 3143 Sandy Hook Drive
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6360 accept-
<br />ing feasibility report on Proj ect 75- 20, ~Iichels Lake Park,
<br />and establishing ~1ay 10, 1976, as the date for public hearing
<br />on the necessity of this improvement be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Curley ~bved, Hess Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign the agreement bet'veen the City of Roseville
<br />and Ramsey Cotmty for the s\'leeping of 7.03 miles of county road-
<br />ways for the year 1976 at a fee of $2,284. 7S to be paid by
<br />Ramsey Cotmty. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
