<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Hayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Hess.

<br />A-I Hess Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of April 26, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Graue 1 Seconded, that the COlmcil join the
<br />Hayor in proclaiming May 15 through Hay 22 as National Vol1.mteer
<br />Week in the Ci ty of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: .Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Michels Construction
<br />Company request for final plat approval "Hichels Lake Park"
<br />at 2500 North Hamline be continued until the meeting of June 14,
<br />1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Anderson MJved, Grauel Seconded, that Ken Reinhardt's request
<br />for final plat approval "Ken Reinhardt No.3" at about 907
<br />Sherren be continued until the meeting of June 14, 1976. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-3 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6366 approving
<br />Ramsey County plans for County Road B at Herschel be adopted.

<br />Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6366-A ordering
<br />improvement and preparation of plans on Project P-75-2l (County
<br />Road B at Herschel) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel MOved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6367 approving
<br />Ramsey County plans for County Road D from Cleveland to Highcrest
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: .Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and
<br />Demos, Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6367-A ordering
<br />improvement and preparation of plans on Project P-75-l7 (County
<br />Road D from Cleveland to Highcrest) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />ing improvement and preparation of plans on Project ST-76-8
<br />(County Road D to County Road C-2, 35W to Prior Avenue) be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Nbved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6369 approving
<br />Ramsey County plans for Cleveland Avenue from County Road C to
