<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the City Council - May 27, 1976. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, <br />Grauel and Hess. <br /> <br />E-l Hess MOved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Robert <br />Hartman for minor variance to side yard setback at 2939 <br />Asbury Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Aye s : Anderson, <br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-2 Curley :Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6380 <br />authorizing the Mayor and Manager to enter into an agree- <br />ment with Howard Dahlgren Associates to prepare an environ- <br />mental assessment on the PIK Terminal property, in accord- <br />ance with the EQC letter received May 18, 1976, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and DeIIDS. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, to defer action on the <br />analysis of the other undeveloped industrial property until <br />the storm water study is completed and can be interpreted <br />with the review of the comprehensive plan. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />E-4 Curley M:)Ved, Grauel Seconded, that Canadian Financial <br />Corporation's request to reconsider their application for <br />special use permit be approved and that a public hearing <br />be established for June 14, 1976, and that notices of the <br />public hearing be mailed; and that the applicant pay an <br />additional $150 fee. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, <br />Graue 1, Hess and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />I-I Curley ~bved, Grauel Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned <br />at 8:40 P.M.
