<br />The City Council met on the above date wlth the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, COlmcilmen Curley, Grauel,
<br />Hess and Anderson,

<br />A 1 Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of June 14, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Demos, Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B 1 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Mr. James Sweeney's
<br />request for final plat approval "Sweeney Southview Heights"
<br />at about the 1700 Block of Alameda be continued to the meeting
<br />of July 26, 1976, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson and Demos c Nays: None.

<br />C 1 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that a special meeting be est"
<br />ablished for Wednesday, June 30, 1976, at 5:00 P.M. in the
<br />Roseville City Council Chambers for the purpose of accepting
<br />the assessment roll and setting a date for a public hearing on
<br />the 1976 special assessments and for accepting the Environmental
<br />Assessment Statement from Howard Dahlgren Associates regarding
<br />the Hyman Freight Company property. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Demos, Nays: None,
<br />
<br />E.1 Curley ~ved, Grauel Seconded, that Gary McLean's request
<br />for minor variance to side yard setback and building permit
<br />as provided by the Lake Shore zoning ordinance at 1233 Josephine
<br />Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson and Demos c Nays: None,
<br />
<br />E.2 Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the establishment of a
<br />public hearing date on Harlan Hedlund's request for final
<br />plat approval "Hedlund's Southview" at 3051 North Fairview
<br />Avenue be continued until the meetino: of July 26, 1976. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Demos, Nays:

<br />E. 3 Curley ~ved, Anderson Seconded, that Tilsen Homes, Ine,
<br />request to withdraw their application for division of lot at
<br />2825 Aglen Street be approved, and that the application fee
<br />of $50 be refunded, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson and Demos Nays: None,
<br />
<br />E.4 Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the bid for the purchase
<br />of one new 1976 model 3-ton truck chassis and cab be awarded to
<br />International Harvester Company, low bidder, in the amount of
<br />$7,480000 Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and
<br />Demos c Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E.5 Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the bid for one 1977 police
<br />van be awarded to Merit Chevrolet, low bidder, in the amount of
<br />$6,294014, subject to a maximum 6% increase for the 1977 models.
