<br />of January 31, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None. Abstention: Hess.
<br />Councilman Hess abstained as he was absent fran the rreeting.

<br />B-1 Grauel r-bved, CUrley Seconded, that Marie Slawik's request
<br />for: special use perrni t and variances to sign ordinance and
<br />parking setback requirerrents at 2751 North Snelling Avenue
<br />re approved and that the final screening, lighting and side-
<br />walk requirerrents .be reviewed and approved by the stafio Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson am Derros. Nays:

<br />extension of special use pennit at 2100 North Snelling Avenue
<br />.be approved until August 9, 1977 0 Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,

<br />E-2 GrauelMJved, Hess Seconded, that Jarres Trapp's request for
<br />variance to sign height and size at 2211 County Ibad C-2 be
<br />approved with the following conditions:

<br />342 square feet to the allowable 100 square feet.

<br />2" 'Ihat no additional signs be erected on the property
<br />exceeding the sign requirerrent limits.

<br />regarding Minnesota's cx:xrputerized criminal history records
<br />program, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and
