<br />of May 23, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Hess M::>ved, Curley Seconded, that Jan Nelson's request for
<br />rezoning from ~l to R-2 at 3096 Cleveland Avenue be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Grauel M::>ved, Curley Seccnded, that Resolution No. 6499 order-
<br />ing improverrent and calling for preparation of plans on Project
<br />P-77-8, Woodlynn Avenue paving fran HaInline to Snelling Avenues
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess and Derros.

<br />0-1 Curley M::>ved, Grauel Seconded, that the petition presented by
<br />Mr. Dennis Linden regarding the traffic situation on the service
<br />drive east of Snelling Avenue between Roselawn Avenue and Har
<br />Mar Shopping Center be referred to the Traffic Safety Ccmni ttee
<br />for study and preparation of a recaruTendation to be considered
<br />by the Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess and
<br />Derros . Nays: None.

<br />E-l Grauel M::>ved, Curley Seconded, that the Roseville Central Park
<br />Auxiliary Proposal to undertake a signing project at the Dale
<br />Street entrance to Central Park be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cur ley, Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Hess Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6500 author-
<br />izing the City Manager to enter into an agreerrent wi th Ramsey
<br />County regarding the CErA pro<Jrarn be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Curley M::>ved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6501 designating
<br />the City Manager, or his agent, as the City representative for all
<br />union negotiations in 1978 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley,
<br />Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Grauel MJved, Hess Seconded, that the following applications be
<br />referred to the Planning Ccmnission rreeting of July 6, 1977.

<br />Addition" at 2323 North Dale Street.

<br />2" Ed Cave & Sons request for preliminary plat "Cave I s North
