<br />is the applicant.

<br />authorized to pursue an application for federal funds to improve
<br />the water quality of Lake McCarrons. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,

<br />Hess Moved, Cur ley Seconded, that thl?, Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign the agreerrent with the firm of Baluster,
<br />Short, Elliott, Hendrickson and Associates for work in conjunction
<br />with preparing the grant application for Project S'1'-77-13, Federal
