<br />'The City Council net on the above date with the following
<br />rrembers present: Mayor Iaros, Councilnen Grauel, Hess,

<br />A-l Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the Ireeting
<br />of July 11, 1977, be approved, Fell Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Ierroso Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley fuved, Hess Seconded, that the Council join with the
<br />Mayor in proclaiming August 1 through 7, each year to be
<br />National Clown Week in the City of lbseville. FoIl Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Cur ley and Ierros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Arrlerson M::>ved, Hess Seconded, that Mr. Ken Reinhardt's
<br />request for final plat approval "Ken Reinhardt Addition No.3"
<br />at about 907 Sherren be continued until the Council neeting of
<br />August 8, 1977. Fell Call, kjes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />C-l Grauel M::>ved, Hess Seconded, that Councilman Tom Olrley be
<br />reCOJ:t1rended to the County Board for appointrrent to the
<br />Comnunity Health Services Advisory Carmittee and that
<br />Councilman Roger Hess be rec:orrm:mded as alternate. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Arrlerson, Curley and Demos, Nays: None.

<br />C-2 CUrley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that a 'W:)rk Session be est-
<br />ablished for 6:30 P.M., August 3,1977, at the Foseville City
<br />Hall to review preliminary budget estimates for 1978. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, CUrley and DeIros. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-I Grauel M:Jved, Hess Seoonded., that Har M:lr, Inc. request for
<br />extension of special use permit at 2100 North Snelling Avenue
<br />be approved until February 9, 1978. FoIl Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Hess, Arrlerson, CUrley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Hess f\bved, Grauel Seconded, that the CJ.ty of Roseville supply
<br />water service to 2620 Rice Street, Little Canada, until such
<br />tine as facilities are available from the City of Little Canada,
<br />contingent upon proper paynent of asseSSIrents and connection
<br />charges. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and
<br />Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E- 3 Hess M::>ved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of George Spreigel,
<br />1840 Hamline Avenue, for deferred assessnent be continued until
<br />Mr. Spreigel requests to be again be on the agenda. Poll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Iaros. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of John M:>rrison
<br />concerning Minnesota Owasso Realty Carpany's Owasso Storm Project
<br />ST-76-23 be continued until the Ireeting of August 8, 1977. Rol]
