<br />A-I CUrley lIbved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />rreeting of July 10, 1978, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Anderson and I:6IDs. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr lIbved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />rreeting of July 18, 1978, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />CUrley, Kehr and ISIDSo Nays: None. Abstention; Franke
<br />and Anderson. Council rrenbers Franke and Anderson abstained
<br />as they were absent from the neeting.

<br />B-2 Anderson lIbved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6707
<br />approving Jean Parranto's request for final plat at 2850
<br />Fairview Avenue be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, Anderson and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B- 3 Franke lIbved, Curley Seconded, that Richard Coverdale v s
<br />request for rezoning from B-1 to R-3A and special use permit
<br />at 1420 Terrace Drive be approved with the condition that the
<br />landscape screening plan be approved by the City Planner, and
<br />further that Mr. Coverdale's request for variance to setback
<br />be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Anderson
<br />and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />'-1 CUrley lIbved, Franke Seconded, that a council work session be
<br />established for 7: 30 P. M., M::mday, August 7, at the Roseville
<br />City Hall to receive a presentation on the IDng Lake/<l1ain of
<br />Lakes Engineering Report fran the Rice Creek Watershed Board.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Cenns.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Franke lIbved, Curley Seconded, that a council work session
<br />with the Shoreview City Council be established for 7:30 P.M.,
<br />M:m.day, July 31, 1978, at the Roseville City Hall to discuss
<br />iterrs of llUltual interest. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, Anderson and Derros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-3 Anderson lIbved, Kehr Seconded, that Tom Curley be apPOinted as
<br />the alternate delegate to the Association of lvEtropoli tan
<br />Municipalities. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kell:!',
<br />Anderson and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Franke lIbved, Curley Seconded, that the proposed Chatsworth
<br />Park site acquisition be abandoned and that the matter of
<br />alternative uses of grant funds be referred to the Parks and
<br />Pecreation Conmittee for recx::mrendation. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, CUrley, Kehr, Anderson and Cenns. Nays: None.
