<br />regular rreeting of October 15, 1979, be approved as corrected:

<br />to ronvert apartrrents at 3153 and 3155 Old Highway 8 to
<br />condominiums in accordance with copies of the Declaration
<br />establishing the apartrrents as the Executive Manor Condominium,
<br />Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, Survey and Floor Plans,
<br />be approved; further that the City reserves the right to
<br />approve changes that nay be required by Ramsey County Register
<br />of Titles or lending institutions involved in the project.

<br />the Mayor in declaring the second week: of November as "Youth
<br />Appreciation Week" in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />C-l Anderson fuved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution No. 6895
<br />establishing an ad hoc Cable Conmunications Corrmittee to
<br />advise the City Council on the feasibility of the proposed
<br />Cable Service Terri tory; and on the need for a Cable Conmun-
<br />ications system in Roseville; and if there is a need, the
<br />recorrtrended rreans to satisfy that need be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, CUrley, Kehr, Franke and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson fuved, Kehr Seconded, that the following Roseville
<br />residents be appointed to the Cable Conmunications Advisory
<br />Conmittee: Tom Curley, Roger Hess, Sr., Wayne A. Zuehlke,
<br />William Mo Weir, Roy Laszewski, Jack Erskine and Floyd I.eCuyer.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Kehr, Franke and Derros.

<br />for minor variance to side yard setback and to construct a gar-'
