<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - August 25, 1980.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Kehr,
<br />Anderson and Curley.

<br />A-1 Anderson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of August 11, 1980, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Anderson, Curley and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of August 13, 1980, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Anderson, Curley and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Anderson Moved, Kehr Seconded. that Fred Halvorson's
<br />request for minor variance to front yard setback at
<br />443 Eldridge be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Richard Gannon's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 1214
<br />Eldridge be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Franke Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Alvin Hujanen's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 396
<br />Woodruff Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Kehr, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />8-4 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the adoption of the
<br />assessment roll on Project P-77-3 be continued to Monday,
<br />September 8, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Anderson, Curley and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the adoption of the
<br />assessment roll on Project P-78-7 be continued to Monday,
<br />September 8, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Anderson, Curley and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the adoption of the
<br />assessment roll on Project 78-12 be continued to Monday,
<br />September 8, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Anderson, Curley and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />assessment roll on Project P-78-15 be continued to Monday,
