<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr and Johnson.

<br />A-l Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of January 12, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7092
<br />ordering the construction of Improvement ST-80-22 and the
<br />preparation of plans and specifications be adopted. Roll
<br />Ca 11, Ayes: Franke, Curl ey, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-2 Kehr r.1oved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7093
<br />ordering the construction of Improvement P-80-34 and the
<br />preparation of plans and specifications be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Demos.

<br />ordering the construction of Improvement P-80-35 and the

<br />ordering the construction of Improvement W-ST-80-20 as
<br />amended, and the preparation of plans and specifications

<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7096
<br />ordering the construction of Improvement P-80-29, excluding
<br />bike path, and the preparation of plans and specifications
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7097
<br />banning parking on the north side of Lydia Avenue from
<br />Snelling Avenue to Hamline Avenue in conjunction with MSA
<br />standards be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution No. 7098
<br />ordering the construction of Improvement P-80-18 and
<br />the preparation of plans and specifications be adopted.
