<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council, March 9, 1981.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />manbers present: Acting Mayor Franke, Councilman Olrley,
<br />Mayor Deroos, Councilman Kehr. Absent: Councilman Johnson.

<br />A-I Kehr Moved, Deroos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of February 23, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Deroos, Kehr and Franke. Nays: None.

<br />Deroos Moved, Kehr Seconded that the Super 8 Motor Hotel request
<br />for division of platted lot, rezoning fran I-I to B-I-B and
<br />special use pennit for site plan approval at 2401 Prior Ave.,
<br />approved, with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1) That an autanatic sprinkler system be installed
<br />throughout the building.
<br />
<br />2) That the applicant obtain cross easenents for
<br />the purpose of ponding and drainage, subj ect to
<br />the approval of Public Works Director.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Deroos, Kehr and Franke. Nays: None.
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ordinance No. 877 amending
<br />the City Code of the City of Roseville by rezoning the property
<br />at 2401 Prior Ave. fran I-I to B-I-B be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Deroos, Kehr and Franke. Nays: None.

<br />Deroos Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the appointment of members of
<br />the Planning Cbmmission and Human Rights Cbmmission be continued
<br />to the March 23, 1981 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Deroos,
<br />Kehr and Franke. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Deroos Moved, Kehr Seconded that a Counc.il Work Session be establ-
<br />ished for 3: 00 P. M., Monday, March 16, 1981, for the purpose of
<br />interviewing applicants for advisory committee positions. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, 1l91IDS, Kehr and Franke. Nays: None.

<br />for April 13, 1981, to consider Charles Welec.zki request for
<br />final plat and vacation of right-of-way at 1822 North Dale Ct. Roll
