<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council, June 1,1981.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with ,the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Kehr, Curley,
<br />Franke and Johnson,
<br />
<br />A-l Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of May 11, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />Abstention: Councilman Curley. Councilman Curley
<br />abstained as he was absent from the meeting.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley ~1oved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7164
<br />ordering Improvement P-8l-6, Cohansey from County Road
<br />B-2 to County Road C, paving, curb/gutter; and authoriz-
<br />ing the preparation of plans for the project be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7165
<br />ordering Improvement P-8l-8, Transit from Cohansey to
<br />Western, paving and curb/gutter; and authorizing the pre-
<br />paration of plans for the project be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-3 Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7166
<br />ordering Improvement P-8l-4, Fernwood from Woodhill to
<br />County Road C-2 and Judith from Fernwood to Merrill,
<br />paving and curb/gutter; and authorizing the preparation
<br />of plans for the project be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Curl ey, Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-5 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7167
<br />ordering Improvement P-8l-7, Merrill from Woodhill to
<br />County Road C-2, Judith from Merrill to Dellwood, and
<br />Terrace from Merrill to Dellwood to a width of 29 feet,
<br />paving and curb/gutter; and authorizing the preparation
<br />of plans for the project be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: Johnson.

<br />Curley t1oved, Kehr Seconded, that parking be prohibited
<br />on the east side of Merrill from Woodhill to County Road
<br />C-2 due to the width of the pavement. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Curl ey, Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.
