<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - October 26, 1981.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council join with the
<br />t~ayor in proclaiming the second week in November as "Youth
<br />Appreciation vJeek" in the City of Roseville. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council join with the
<br />Mayor in proclaiming the week of October 18 through 24 as
<br />IINational Business vJomen's Heekll in the City of Roseville.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />A-l Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />Regular Meeting of October 12, 1981, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Kehr. Demos
<br />abstained (was not at October 12 meeting).

<br />B-1 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Harry Schroeder's
<br />request for special use permit at 2500 North Hamline
<br />Avenue be continued until the November 9, 1981 Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr, and Demos.

<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Sam Cave's request for
<br />final plat, rezoning from R-l to R-6 and special use
<br />permit at 2496 Fairview Avenue be continued until the
<br />November 23, 1981 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.

<br />C-l Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, to establish a Council
<br />Work Session for 3:30 p.m., Thursday, November 12, 1981,
<br />at the Roseville City Hall for discussion on the garbage
<br />and refuse ordinance, Industrial Revenue Bond policy,
<br />planning matters, and other items which the Council may
<br />deem appropriate. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Robert Turcotte's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 1707
<br />Shryer be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curl ey,
<br />Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
