<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Deluxe Check Printers,
<br />Inc. request for special use permit at 2199 Pascal be
<br />approved with the condition that an additional 6 1/2' of
<br />right-of-way be dedicated for County Road B. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, and Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Mueller-Bies request for
<br />special use permit and variances to setback at 2130 Dale
<br />be referred back to the Planning Commission for consideration
<br />at the April 6, 1983 meeting, and establishing the Council
<br />public hearing for the meeting of April 11, 1983. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7481 ordering
<br />Improvement P-82-27, concrete curb and gutter and bituminous
<br />surfacing for Oxford Street, between Brooks Avenue to 140'
<br />south of Transit Avenue, and authorizing the preparation of
<br />plans for this project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Kehr, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Demos Seconded, that Resolution 7482 ordering
<br />Improvement P-82-29, concrete curb and gutter and bituminous
<br />surfacing for Chatsworth Street, between Brooks and Transit
<br />Avenues, and authorizing the preparation of plans for this
<br />project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Improvement P-82-25, concrete curb and gutter and bituminous
<br />surfacing for Transit Avenue, between Brooks and Chatsworth,
<br />and authorizing the preparation of plans for this proj ect, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos.
