<br />Regular Meeting of the Ci ty Council - April 11, 1983.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Members
<br />absent: None.
<br />
<br />A-I Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of March 28, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. Abstain: Curley and
<br />Franke, because they were absent from meeting.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the Special
<br />Meeting of April 5, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7499,
<br />rescinding Resolution No. 7489, which ordered Project P-83-3,
<br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter for Galtier
<br />Street, from Iona Lane to COlUlty Road C-2, and Iona Lane,
<br />from Galtier to Matilda, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Curley. Nays: Franke and Demos.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7500,
<br />amending the consoli dati on of Proj ects P- 82- 21, P- 82-22,
<br />P-82-32, and P-83-3, by deleting Project P-83-3, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that HueUer-Bies request for
<br />special use permit at 2130 Dale, be continued until the
<br />COlUlcil meeting of May 9, 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />C-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ann Berry, 1059 Woodhi11
<br />Drive, Patricia ,Johnson, 2986 Mildred Drive, and Donn
<br />Wiski, 550 West Sandhurst Drive, be appointed to the Planning
<br />Commission for a four-year term, beginning April 11, 1983,
<br />and expiring March 31, 1987. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that John Rukavina, 1836 West
<br />Shryer, be appointed to serve as Planning Commission Chairman
<br />for the remainder of 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
