<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - February 13, 1984.

<br />7:30 P.M.
<br />
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson (arrived
<br />at 7:35 p.m.), and Demos. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />A-I Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />Regular Meeting of January 23, 1984, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that York Steak House Systems' YORK STEAK
<br />request to withdraw their application for on-sale wine and
<br />malt beverage licenses at Rosedale Shopping Center be approved,
<br />and that the license fees be refunded. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Nankin Express, Inc.'s NANKIN EXPRESS
<br />request to withdraw their application for on-sale wine and
<br />malt beverage licenses at 1885 West Perimeter Drive be ap-
<br />proved, and that the license fees be refunded. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Al Kehr's request for AL KEHR
<br />rezoning, preliminary plat, special use permit for PUD,
<br />and variance at 674 County Road C, be continued to the
<br />meeting of April 9, 1984. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />C-l Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a Council Work Session WORK SESSION
<br />be established for April 9, 1984 in the City Hall for the
<br />purpose of interviewing applicants for Volunteer Commissions.
<br />Vacancies on the Commissions shall be announced in the March
<br />City Newsletter, and applications will be received until
<br />March 22, 1984. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the recommended figure FIGURE SKATING
<br />skating guidelines as prepared by the Roseville Ad Hoc
<br />Committee on Figure Skating, be approved and that they be
<br />referred to the City Manager for implementation. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
