<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - April 23, 1984.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of April 9, 1984, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council join with
<br />the Mayor in proclaiming the fourth week in April, 1984
<br />to be Youth Temperance Education Week in the City of
<br />Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7602 RESOLUTION 7602
<br />ordering the improvement of Project P-83-20, with a
<br />34 ft. wide pavement, except from Roselawn to Ryan which shall
<br />be 44 ft., and instructing the Public Works staff to pre-
<br />pare the plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution 7603
<br />prohibiting parking on the west side of Fernwood Street,
<br />between County Road B and Ryan Avenue, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7604
<br />ordering the improvement of Project P-ST-SW-84-03 and
<br />approving the plans for that portion of the proj ect
<br />identified as S. P. 27-693-01 and S. P. 62-619-04 as
<br />well as that part of project by the Minnesota Department
<br />of Transportation, identified as S. P. 6284-102 and 6284-
<br />9355, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7605
<br />prohibiting parking on the south side of County Road D,
<br />from Highcrest Road to I-35W, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.
