<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - July 9, 1984.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Franke, Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of June 25, 1984, be approved. Roll call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />Abstain: Johnson, because he was absent from the meeting.

<br />Johnson Hoved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution 7621
<br />ordering improvement SS-84-4, Sanitary Sewer for area North
<br />of Roselawn and Victoria Street, and authorizing the prep-
<br />aration of plans, be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded that Resolution 7622 ordering
<br />improvement P-84-7, American Street from County Road B-2
<br />Northwesterly 850 feet, and authorizing the preparation of
<br />plans be, adopted, Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Demos Moved, Curley Seconded that consideration of improve-
<br />ment ST-84-8, Storm improvements in the area North of B-2
<br />between Fairview and Fry Street, be continued until the
<br />August 13, 1984 Council Meetin[:. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Roseville Crossing Inc.
<br />request for On-Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at
<br />2295 Rice Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Franke Moved, that the firm of BRW Inc. be established as
<br />the preferred consulting firm to provide engineering
<br />services for the County Road B-2 bridge over 1-351\1 and
<br />instructing the staff to enter into negotiations with the
<br />firm for a remuneration package and develop a contract for
<br />such work. (motion died for lack of second).

<br />Curley Hoved, Kehr Seconded that the firm of Short Elliot
<br />and Hendrickson Inc. be established as the preferred
<br />consulting firm to provide engineering services for the
<br />County Road B-2 bridge over I-35W and instructing the staff
<br />to enter into negotiations with that firm for a remuneration
<br />package and develop a contract for such work. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: Franke.
