<br />Kehr moved, Jobnson seconded that the Council join with the Hayor in
<br />proclaiming February to be Heart 1'1onth in the City of Roseville.

<br />E-l Kehr moved, Frunke seconded that the proposed bridge alignnent for
<br />the B-2 bridge over 1-35 as shown in Alternate 4A dated January 28,
<br />1985 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Johnson, Kehr
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-2 Curley moved, Johnson seconded that the staff be authorized to
<br />undertake the developnent of the local storm water management plan
<br />for the City of Roseville and authorizing the staff to enter into
<br />negotiations with the firm of Short, Elliott and Hendrickson, Inc. to
<br />supply consulting services for this study. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />CUrley, Johnson, Kehr cmd Deroos. Nays: t'lone.

<br />to sign a general engineering agreement with the consulting firm of
