<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - February 10, 1986
<br />
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Members absent: Johnson.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of January 27, 1986 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 992,
<br />amending the City Code of the City of Roseville
<br />by adding Item M under 20.070 (2), Design
<br />Standards, When new principal structures are
<br />built on lots contiguous to major thoroughfares,
<br />as indicated in the City's major thoroughfare
<br />plan, driveways to such lots shall be designed
<br />so as to provide a turnaround facility within
<br />the lot to eliminate the need to back a vehicle
<br />into the right-of-way of the major thoroughfare,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 993,
<br />amending the City Code of the City of Roseville,
<br />by adding Section 13.051 to Chapter 13, Drive-
<br />ways on major throughfares, Where new principal
<br />structures are built on lots contiguous to major
<br />thoroughfares, as indicated in the City's major
<br />thoroughfare plan, driveways to such lots shall be
<br />designed so as to provide a turnaround facility
<br />within the lot to eliminate the need to back a
<br />vehicle into the right-of-way of the major
<br />thoroughfare, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the March 10
<br />and 24 regular Council meetings be canceled, and
<br />that a regular meeting be established on March 17.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that a Council
<br />Work Session be established for Saturday, March 15,
<br />1986, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall, for the purpose
<br />of interviewing Advisory Commission applicants, and
<br />any other business the Council deems appropriate.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
