<br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Members absent: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of April 11, 1988 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the meeting time
<br />for the regular Council meeting of May 23, 1988, be
<br />changed from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a work session
<br />be established on May 2, 1988, at 7:00 p.m., for the
<br />purpose of a joint meeting of the city Council and the
<br />Roseville Parks and Recreation Board. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Roger Christen-
<br />sen be appointed to a three year term on the Roseville
<br />Park and Recreation Board beginning April 25, 1988,
<br />and ending March 31, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Georg stromme's
<br />request for minor variance at 415 Eldridge Avenue W.
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Mildred Kropelnickij
<br />William and Carol Pearson's request for minor variance
<br />at 2602-2604 Dellwood be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Tom and JoAnn
<br />Gelbmann's request for minor variance at 290 Grandview
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, John-
<br />son, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Phillip Rychner's
<br />request for minor variance at 1196 W. Brooks Avenue be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Richard Turner's
<br />request for minor variance at 2666 N. Sheldon street
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Roger and Marlene
<br />Hoppel's request for minor variance at 2570 N. Dunlap
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
