<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of August 14, 1989 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of August 15, 1989 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />Abstain: Johnson and Kehr, because they were absent.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Gerald Boldt's
<br />request for a minor variance of 11 feet, to convert a
<br />single car garage into a double car garage at 2364
<br />st. Albans street, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Gerald and Sandra
<br />Jensen's request for a minor variance of 10 feet, to
<br />construct an attached garage and family room on the
<br />east side of their existing dwelling at 1939 Midland
<br />Hills Road, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Dennis Olson's
<br />request for a minor variance of 6 feet, to add two
<br />additions to the northwest and northeast corners of
<br />his house to square the dwelling at 2944 North
<br />Victoria, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Shih-pau and Iness
<br />Yen's request for a minor variance of 4 feet to side
<br />yard setback variance for construction of an addition
<br />on the rear of their existing house at 2291 County
<br />Road B, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Robert Spartz'
<br />request for a minor variance of 1 foot, 2 inches to
<br />add an 8 foot, 10 inch by 38 foot addition to the
<br />side of the existing attached garage at 649 Heinel
<br />Drive, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
