<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog.
<br />Members absent: Johnson.

<br />C-1 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8650, RESOLUTION
<br />revoking designation of Eldridge Avenue between 8650
<br />Hamline Avenue and Lexington Avenue as a Municipal
<br />State Aid Street, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cush-
<br />man, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8651, RESOLUTION
<br />designating Skillman Avenue between Hamline Avenue and 8651
<br />Lexington Avenue as a Municipal State Aid Street, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that street recon-
<br />struction and storm sewer for Projects P-91-02 and ST-
<br />91-09, Neighborhood 44W, be denied. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8652,
<br />ordering street reconstruction and storm sewer for
<br />Projects P-91-02 and ST-91-10, Neighborhood 45, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8653,
<br />ordering street reconstruction, with the stipulation
<br />that a construction contract be awarded for the work
<br />within eighteen months, for Project P-91-02 and P-91-
<br />03, Neighborhood 57, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the public
<br />improvement hearing for Project P-ST-SS-W-L-91-04,
<br />Terrace Drive from Lincoln Drive, westerly to the
<br />present cul-de-sac off Fairview Avenue, be continued
<br />to the regular City Council meeting of February 25,
<br />1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
