<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of October 14, 1991 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-5, and Items B-7 through
<br />B-12, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson,

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that craig Thiele's
<br />request for a minor variance at 496 N. McCarrons
<br />Boulevard, to construct an addition onto the side of
<br />his existing house with a setback of 24 feet instead
<br />of the required 30 feet, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog.

<br />existing attached single car garage, be approved.

<br />Dillner's request for a minor variance at 2192 Acorn
<br />Road, to construct an addition onto their existing
<br />attached garage to add a third garage stall, be

<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />add a 9 x 18 foot addition, set back 5 feet, onto the
<br />rear of his existing garage, be approved. Roll Call,

<br />be authorized to sign an agreement with Health East
<br />for the provision of Employee Assistance Program Ser-
<br />vices for the period october 1, 1991 through September
