CITY OF ROSEVILLE Special meeting of the City Council - February 25, 1992. 7:30 P.K. The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL members present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, CUshman, and V. Johnson. Members absent: None. c. HEARINGS C-1 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8775, RESOLUTION ordering Project P-90-02, Neighborhood 19 and ST-90- 8775 11, street reconstruction at a 32' width for the entire project to be completed in 1992, and storm sewer for Heinel Drive from S. Owasso Boulevard to end of cul- de-sac and Heinel Circle from Heinel Drive to end of cul-de-sac, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: Thomas. Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the design for project P-92-02, Neighborhood 72 and ST-92-12 street reconstruction and storm sewer Wagner Street, west cul-de-sac to east cul-de-sac; and Western Avenue, McCarrons Boulevard S. to cul-de-sac include a through street on Wagner from Woodruff to Western. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: Thomas and Maschka. Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a resolution ordering Project P-92-02, Neighborhood 72 and ST-92- 12, street reconstruction and storm sewer Bayview Drive, McCarrons Boulevard N. to McCarrons Boulevard N.; Woodruff Avenue, McCarrons Boulevard S. to Wagner Street; Hilltop Avenue, Chandler Avenue to Woodruff Avenue; Chandler Avenue, Hilltop Avenue to Glenwood Avenue; Gle~wood Avenue, Chandler Avenue to McCarrons Boulevard S.; Wagner Street, west cul-de-sac to east cul-de-sac: and Western Avenue, McCarrons Boulevard S. to cul-de-sac be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman and V. Johnson. Nays: Thomas and Maschka. Motion failed. .Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the design for Project P-92-02, Neighborhood 72 and ST-92-12 provide cul-de-sacs on Western and Wagner. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas and Maschka, Nays: P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Motion failed.
