<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of July 27, 1992 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1, B-2, B-4, and B-5 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P.
<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Terry smith's
<br />request for minor variance at 2558 Herschel Street,
<br />to expand an existing garage from 16 x 22 to 20 x
<br />22, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with
<br />the City's policy to issue blanket minor variances for
<br />driveway side yard setbacks:

<br />1. Mary Beth Johnston request for 5 foot variance at
<br />2896 Old Highway 8.
<br />
<br />2. Dorothy Obon request for 5 foot variance at 2896
<br />Old Highway 8.
<br />
<br />3. Russell Johnson request for 5 foot variance at
<br />1030 W. County Road D.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />This item was deferred to G-1, Items Removed from
