<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a proclama-
<br />tion proclaiming the week of April 19 through 25, 1993
<br />as Earth Week in the City of Roseville be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8914,
<br />awarding bids for City Project M-92-23, John Rose
<br />Minnesota Oval Bandy/Speed Skating facility ice system
<br />to shingobee Builders in the base bid amount of
<br />$2,058,000 with no bid alternates being considered be
<br />adopted and City staff be authorized to sign con-
<br />struction contracts with Shingobee Builders. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that an
<br />Engineering Services Agreement between the City and
<br />BRW for Project SW-93-12, pathway/bikeway, County Road
<br />C, Cleveland to Rice, and Rice Street, Fairview
<br />Avenue, and Snelling Avenue, as outlined in a proposal
<br />dated April 2, 1993 be approved and city officials be
<br />authorized to sign the agreement. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.
