<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of March 22 1993, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: P. Johnson because
<br />she was not present at that meeting.

<br />A-2 Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the minutes
<br />of the special meeting of April 5, 1993, be approved.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6, B-9, B-10, and B-12 be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that a proclama-
<br />tion proclaiming April 18 - 24, 1993 as "Volunteer
<br />Recognition Week" in the City of Roseville be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, John Paulson's
<br />request for an 8 foot minor variance at 2561 Fisk
<br />street, to extend his garage forward and move the
<br />kitchen behind the garage, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance
<br />1121, rezoning the property at 1720 Hamline Avenue
<br />North from R-4 to R-2 be adopted, with the condition
<br />that the special assessment be deferred until such
<br />time as the property is rezoned other than R-l or R-2.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8915, prohibiting parking on the north side of Parker
<br />Avenue from Lexington Avenue to victoria street, be

<br />Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
