<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and
<br />V. Johnson. Members absent: None.

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-1 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of May 10, 1993 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />The Rosefest Parade Committee announced that the annual Rosefest Parade
<br />will be held on Monday, June 28, 1993, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-9 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Louis German's
<br />request for a 15 foot minor variance from setback
<br />requirements for street right-of-ways to allow his
<br />driveway to remain in its current location at 1910
<br />Oellwood Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.

<br />for Vicorp Restaurants, Inc., dba Bakers Square Res-
<br />taurant, Application for On Sale Wine License at 1881
<br />W. Highway 36 be established for the regular City
<br />Council meeting of June 14, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that M. T. Restau-
<br />rants, Inc., dba Joe Senser's Sports Grill & Bar,
<br />Application for Outside Sales and Consumption Endorse-
<br />ment to their On Sale Liquor License be approved for a
<br />private party to be held on June 15, 1993 at 2350
<br />Cleveland Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Jaycees request for Nonintoxicating Beer License for a
<br />softball tournament at the Central Park victoria
<br />Athletic Complex to be held on June 12-13, 1993, be

<br />Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
