<br />A-I Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of December 13, 1993, be approved.

<br />in appreciation to steven D. Gatlin upon his resigna-
<br />tion from the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll

<br />allowing the City of Roseville to receive a $10,000
<br />grant from the Department of Public Health to be used
<br />for compliance for age of sales tobacco compliance

<br />Waste/Recycling Licenses be approved for Calendar Year
