<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the minutes
<br />of the regular meeting of January 10, 1994, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, wiski and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />An Award of Financial Reporting Achievement from the Government Finance
<br />Officers Association of the United states and Canada was presented to Nick
<br />Ensrude, Assistant Finance Director,
<br />
<br />A certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reports from the
<br />Government Finance Officers Association of the United states and Canada
<br />was presented to the City of Roseville.

<br />B. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent CONSENT
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-7 be approved. Roll Call, AGENDA
<br />Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Fourth
<br />District American Legion (Ramsey County) request for
<br />use of McCarron's Lake, near the beach area, for their
<br />free Children's Ice Fishing Contest to be held on
<br />February 12, 1994, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Hill Murray
<br />School's request for an exemption from the lawful
<br />gambling license to conduct a raffle at Midland Hills
<br />Country Club, located at 2001 Fulham Street, on April
<br />9, 1994, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P.
<br />Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that B-Dale Club's
<br />request for renewal of their premises permit to
<br />conduct lawful gambling activities at 2100 N. Dale
<br />Street be approved for a two year period. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the North
<br />Suburban Youth Association's request for renewal of
<br />their premises permit to conduct lawful gambling
<br />activities at the Knights of Columbus Bingo Hall, at
<br />2555 Snelling Avenue, be approved for a two year
<br />period. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
