<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF rHE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 26th day of August, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />8706 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />ADJUST THE TAX LEVY FOR BONDED DEBT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will be issuing General Improvement <br />Bonds in 1992 requiring a new levy; and WHEREAS, the City Council <br />will be issuing Certificates of Indebtedness for Equipment in <br />1992 requiring a new levy; and WHEREAS, there are reserve funds <br />sufficient to reduce the levy for General Improvement Issues <br />6,7,8,9,10,11, and 17 in the amount of $452,915. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br /> <br />The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to increase the 1991 tax <br />levy for the planned General Improvement Bond Issue Series 18, <br />1992 by $240,000, Certificates of Indebtedness by $292,400 and to <br />reduce the levy by $452,915, which is being paid by debt service <br />reserves. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Thomas and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, <br /> <br />Thomas, and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
