<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of July 25, 1994, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-5, B-7 and B-8 be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, Mastel, P.
<br />Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Deluxe
<br />Employee Club's (Deluxe Corporation) request for a
<br />Nonintoxicating Beer License for a Softball Tournament
<br />to be held at the Central Park victoria Athletic
<br />Complex on August 13, 1994, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Metro Sports-
<br />men Softball request for a Nonintoxicating Beer
<br />License for a Softball Tournament to be held at the
<br />Central Park victoria Athletic Complex on August 19,
<br />20, and 21, 1994, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Midwest Sports
<br />Events request for a Nonintoxicating Beer License for
<br />a Softball Tournament to be held at the Central Park
<br />Victoria Athletic Complex on August 27 and 28, 1994,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P.
<br />Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variance be approved in accordance with
<br />the City's policy for driveway side yard setbacks in
<br />conjunction with street work being done in the
<br />community:

<br />Jan Gill request for a 3.5 foot variance at
<br />2263 Laurie Road.
