<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of March 27, 1995, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: P. Johnson because
<br />she was not at the meeting.

<br />The "1995 Award of Excellence for Industrial Multi-
<br />tenant Buildings" was given by the National Associa-
<br />tion of Industrial and Office Park Developers (NAIOP)
<br />to Ryan Construction and the City of Roseville, for
<br />the first buildings in the Twin Lakes Redevelopment
<br />Business Park. Kent Carlson, Vice President of Ryan
<br />Construction, presented the award to the City Council.

<br />4, and July 8-9, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
