<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />October 9, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and
<br />Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items B-1, B-3
<br />through B-5, B-8, and B-I0 through B-12, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski,
<br />P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a proclamation, proclaiming
<br />November 4, 1995, as Celebration of Literacy Day in Roseville, be adopted.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Joan Jorgensen's request for a 4 foot
<br />side yard setback variance at 1967 N. Prior Avenue, to add 6 feet of hard
<br />surface to create an additional parking stall on her property, be approved.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Daniel Lehmann's request for a 17
<br />foot side yard setback variance at 2201 Roselawn Avenue, to build an
<br />addition to the rear of his house extending the wall facing Rosedale Avenue,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the contract with Waste Management
<br />for waste removal from City facilities for the period January 1, 1996 through
<br />December 31, 1996, at a cost of$I,364.52 per month, be approved. The cost
<br />for pickup of waste over the contract amount shall be $4.64 per cubic yard.
