<br />a burn permit from April 1 to May 15,1996, to the Ramsey (ounty Parks and
<br />Recreation Department to burn a two acre site of prairie gras~ at Lake Josephine
<br />Park in Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall.
