<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the sixteenth day of September, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, <br />and Rog and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8711 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY <br />TO RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF HAMLINE AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has planned the improvement of Hamline Avenue <br />from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds <br />(S.A.P. 62-650-04) on the improvement of said street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8695 was approved on July 22, 1991, requesting <br />the imposition of parking restrictions on Hamline Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville wishes to amend the <br />parking restrictions imposed on Hamline Avenue by Resolution No. 8695; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City requests the County <br />to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the east side of Hamline <br />Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to Shryer Avenue and both sides of Hamline <br />Avenue from Shryer Avenue to C'Junty Road B. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, <br />Cushman, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
