<br />B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />B-1 The minutes of the regular meeting of February 23, 1998, were approved by
<br />voice vote. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall.

<br />C. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l CONSENT
<br />through C-8 and C-10 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, AGENDA
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Ryan Companies US, Inc. request for RYAN
<br />release of drainage and utility easements for sanitary sewer purposes across part COMPANIES
<br />of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Centre Pointe Business Park (Centre Pointe Phase US,INC.
<br />II) accepted by the City in September, 1997, Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Ryan Companies US, Inc. request for
<br />acceptance of a modified drainage and utility easement for sanitary sewer
<br />purposes across part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Centre Pointe Business Park
<br />(Centre Point Phase II), be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a public hearing be established for the LAKE OW ASSO
<br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, March 23, 1998, to consider the Lake WATER-SKI JUMP
<br />Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for approval of placement of a AND WATER-SKI
<br />water-ski course and water-ski jump on Lake Owasso. Roll Call, Ayes: COURSE
<br />Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. HEARING

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that an agreement with Ramsey County for
<br />supplemental law enforcement services on Lake Owasso at a cost of $1,188, to
<br />be funded from the 1998 Central Services Budget, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />issuance and sale of $147,457 Equipment Certificates ofIndebtedness (Series

<br />Wall. Nays: None.
