<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />March 23, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of
<br />March 30, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Mastel, and Wall. None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that a proclamation proclaiming Friday,
<br />April 24, 1998, as Arbor Day in the City of Roseville be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wi ski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that a proclamation proclaiming Saturday,
<br />April 25, 1998 as March for Parks Day in the City of Roseville be adopted.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Stephen and Lori Gfrerer's request for
<br />a minor variance to reduce the side yard setback of a garage addition and a
<br />driveway to three feet for the purpose of constructing a one car addition to an
<br />existing one car attached garage at 2095 Hamline A venue, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that education leave, and disbursement from
<br />the Contingency Account to allow the City Manager to attend the Executive
<br />Development Program at Northwestern University in May, 1998, be approved.
