Nays: None. <br />C-2Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to establish a public hearing <br />Lake Owasso Safe <br />for the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 10, 2000 to <br />Boating Association <br />consider the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association?s request for <br />approval of placement of a water ski course and water ski jump on <br />Lake Owasso. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, <br />& Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />C-3Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the Fire Marshal <br />Ramsey County <br />to issue a burn permit to Ramsey County Parks and Recreation <br />Burn Permits <br />Department for burns at the natural area around the ponds at <br />Lake McCarrons County Park; at a site on the north side of <br />County Road C-2, east of Lexington Avenue, in Lake Josephine <br />County Park; and, at a small 3-acre area within Roseville?s <br />Waterworks Park, said permits to be issued conditioned upon <br />compliance with the following stipulations: a) the effective date <br />shall be from March 28, 2000 through May 10, 2000; b) the burn <br />shall be conducted by acknowledged experts from the Ramsey <br />County Parks and Recreation Department; and, c) Ramsey <br />County Parks and Recreation shall notify the Roseville Fire <br />Department at least two days in advance of the date and time of <br />the burn.
