<br />conduct a bon fire at 2100 Dale Street North from 6:00 p.m.,

<br />October 31, 2000 to 12:00 noon, November 1, 2000, with the
<br />condition that the fire not be allowed to smolder or cause any
<br />excessive smoke and, if the wind speed, at the time of the fire, is
<br />in excess of 10 mph, the permit will be invalid. Roll Call, Ayes:
