Nays: none. <br />C-1Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, by resolution, authorize the <br />Resolution 9885 <br />application for the Livable Communities Demonstration Account <br />Livable Communities <br />Program for the Twin Lakes Business Park Project to provide <br />Grant Application for <br />gap funding for the construction of the Twin Lake Parkway to <br />Twin Lakes (PF3314) <br />spur the redevelopment of a livable, mixed-use business park. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Klausing, Mastel and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />C-2Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to offer a resolution to <br />Resolution 9886 <br />extend the decision deadline for Qwest Wireless and additional <br />Qwest Wireless 60-Day <br />60 days, from June 9 to August 9, 2001, affording staff and <br />Plan Review Extension <br />Qwest Wireless time to negotiate a lease agreement. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Klausing, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: none. <br />C-3Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to authorize the changes in <br />Police Department <br />the current Administrative Fine Structure to reflect the proposed <br />Administrative Fines <br />fine recommendations.
