<br />I t shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporat~_oD operating
<br />or in charge of any placp of PJIl11Sement, entertahlYnent or refres rnent to
<br />pem:i.t any minor under the afe of 16 years to enter or remain in subh
<br />place durjng the honrs prohibited by t"his ordinance; provided, however,
<br />that. the proiTisions of tJJj s secUoD sh31l not apply when sllch minor is
<br />accol:pcmied by his or her :f:'erent, f11araian or other adult person having
<br />the care and custody of the minor.
