<br />MARCH 6, 1956, AND KNOWN AS THE ROSEVILLE BUILDING
<br />CODE, BY ADDING THERETO A SECTION TO BE KNOWN
<br />AS SECTION 3-31, PROHIBITING THE ISSUANCE OF
<br />BUILDING PERMITS FOR CERTAIN UNPLATTED PARCELS OF LAND.

<br />1. That Ordinance No. 190, adopted July 20, 1950, as amended by
<br />Ordinance No. 192, adopted October 27, 1954, Ordinance No. 195, adopted
<br />April 19, 1955, Ordinance No. 196, adopted April 19, 1955 Ordinance No. 198,
<br />adopted June 14, 1955, Ordinance No. 199, adopted July 7, 1955, Ordinance
<br />No. 205, adopted October 11, 1955, and Ordinance No. 212, adopted March 6,
<br />1956, is amended by adding thereto the following section, to be lmown as
<br />Section 3-)A:

<br />tt)-3A. No. building permit shall be issued for any
<br />
<br />parcel or lot which is less than two and one-half acres in
<br />
<br />area and 150 feet in width conveyed or described by metes and
<br />
<br />bounds or by reference to a plat which has not heretofore been
<br />
<br />approved by the Village Council, unless such parcel or lot is a
<br />
<br />separate parcel or lot of record at the time of the adoption of
<br />
<br />this Ordinance."

<br />2. This ordinance shall be in force from and after its passage and
<br />
<br />publication. N\~
