<br />ORDINANCE NO. /~, 19 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, <br />AS AMENDED, AND SPECIFICALLY ESTABLISHING <br />CERTAIN ZONING AND OTHER REGULATIONS WITH <br />RESPECT TO AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATIONS <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATIONS <br /> <br />8.330. Automobile service stations shall conform to the <br />following standards: <br /> <br />8.331. The entire site other than that taken up by a <br />structure or planting shall be surfaced with a material to <br />control dust and drainage. <br /> <br />8.332. A drainage system subject to the approval of the <br />Village Engineer shall be installed. <br /> <br />8.333. No parkiIB or service area shall be less than five <br />(5) feet from a property line and a box curb shall separate the <br />public sidewalk from such parking and/or service areas, except <br />at approval entrances and exits. <br /> <br />8.334. All lighting shall be shielded, deflected or diffused <br />so as to not cause any beamed, directed or intense lighting to <br />fall upon adjacent land being utilized for residential purposes, <br />or to not cause any traffic hazard. <br /> <br />8.335. Center line of pump islands shall be no less than <br />twenty-five (25) feet from a property line. <br /> <br />8.336. No driveway at a property line shall be less than <br />twenty (20) feet from the intersection of two street right of way <br />lines. <br /> <br />8.337. Each service station may have one (1) pedestal type <br />sign not in excess of sixty four (64) square feet nor more than <br />twenty-five (25) feet in height erected within the front yard and <br />no part of the sign shall be less than six (6) feet from a property <br />line (horizontal distance). The pedestal shall not be greater <br />than eighteen (18) inches in diameter and no part of the sign <br />surface shall be less than sixteen (16) feet vertical distance <br />
