<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 514 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, BY ADDING SECTION 32.015, BY REQUIRING A $250.00 <br />BOND FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION ON PROPERTY ABUTTING CONCRETE CURBS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding Section 32.015 to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.015. Bond for Protection of Concrete Curbs. When <br /> <br />a permit is applied for on new construction for property abutting <br /> <br />a permanent street with a concrete curb, the permit shall also <br /> <br />require a $250.00 bond or cash deposit to protect against damage <br /> <br />to the concrete curb occurring by reason of construction. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be In force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />.~ day of J;;:':;h ><- ,I~ L- . 1966. <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />9~ 6. j/~ <br /> <br />.'," '.
