<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ I 2' <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH <br />POLITICAL ADVERTISING SIGNS MAY BE POSTED AND AMENDING <br />SECTION 14.210 OF THE VILLAGE CODE. <br /> <br />The Village COQncil of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 14.210 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 14.210. Political Siqns. Temporary <br /> <br />poster signs for political advertising may be posted not <br /> <br />more than thirty (30) days before the primary elections and <br /> <br />must be removed by those responsibile for their being posted <br /> <br />within ten (10) days following the general election for which <br /> <br />the sign was posted. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Roseville.
