<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6-~.:L <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN ACTS AND CONDUCT <br />PUBLIC NUISANCES IN THE STORING OF BOATS, TRAILERS AND INOPERATIVE <br />MOTOR VEHICLES, BY AMENDING SECTION 203. 22l TO THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 203. 22l shall be added to the Village Code <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, and will read as follows: <br /> <br />203.221. Storing of Boats, Trailers and Inoperative Motor <br /> <br />Vehicles in Front Yards. <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The storing of the following things for <br /> <br />a period longer than seventy-two (72) hours in the <br /> <br />front yard of any residential zoned area: <br /> <br />1) Trailers of any kind; <br /> <br />2) Boats or water craft of any kind <br /> <br />in excess of twenty (20) feet. <br /> <br />3) Inoperative motor vehicles of <br /> <br />any type. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />For the purpose of this Section, "front <br /> <br />yard" means any area between any public street and <br /> <br />a line parallel to the public street at the building line. <br />
